Your brokerage will operate in the best way to suit your business. We provide several packages so you can pick the best way that works for you for each individual case.

Platinum Package 

Perfect for brokers who have a string relationship with their clients and prefer to keep the client facing role.

 

Unicorn work with the broker from start to finish, the broker liaises with the client direct, provides the advice, completes paperwork and supplies outstanding information, Unicorn liaises with the lender, sends regular updates to the broker and completes inhouse underwriting on the proposition.

 

Pay structure – 50/50 split of the proc fee with the broker and the broker retains 100% of any broker fee charged.

Gold Package

The package is suitable for professional brokers who either do not have the time to deal with the client directly or who are used to complex cases and would prefer to let Unicorn deal with both the borrower and the lender.

 

Unicorn work with the broker from start to finish, the broker will complete initial paperwork as well as managing the clients expectations and giving the advice, Unicorn can liaise with the client direct when required whilst working in partnership with the broker to obtain and satisfy mortgage conditions through to completion. The Introducing broker retains ownership of the borrower and Unicorn commits to not approaching the borrower to offer finance options in the future. 

 

Pay structure – 50/50 split on all income with a mutually agreed broker fee being charged (normally 1% of the loan amount).

Silver Package 

Suitable for brokers who do not operate in the specialist market and wishes to not be involved post-introduction. 

The introducing broker provides a name and contact details, Unicorn will work direct with the client direct from start to finish, give the advice and liaise with both the lender and the client as well as giving the broker updates at major events of the timeline (IMO, Valuation, FLO, Completion)

 

Pay structure – Unicorn will charge the borrower a broker fee (normally 1% of the loan amount) and pay out a referral fee of 25% of the total income received to the introducing broker.

Bronze Package

Suitable for any professional services who wish to introduce business to Unicorn. 

The Introducer will email Unicorn via email or just pass the details across. Unicorn will the process the application through to completion. Ownership of the borrower will remain with Unicorn but we commit to never introducing the client to professionals who work in the same industry as the introducer.

 

Pay structure – Unicorn will pay out a referral fee of 25% of the lenders commission to the introducer.
